Early registration due Aug. 1 for biker event

West-Central Independent Living Solution will host a biker event on Aug. 16 at the Johnson County Fairgrounds, four miles west of Warrensburg off U.S. 50.

Early bird registration is due Aug. 1 to be guaranteed a patch. To register, call (660) 422-7883 or download a form at www.w-ils.org.

The cost is $15 per rider and $5 per passenger. Registration begins at 6 p.m. and riders will leave at 7 p.m.

The Sizzlers will perform from 8 to 11 p.m.

Food and soda will be available for purchase from 6 to 9 p.m. “Revealing of Jewels” will begin at 9 p.m.

Riders and passengers will be given a small bag of nuts and only three will contain a jewel.

West-Central Independent Living Solution serves those with disabilities who live in Johnson, Pettis, Benton, Henry, Saline and Lafayette counties.
