Ficken-Caldwell engagement
Comments 0 | Recommend 0John M. and Karen Ficken, of Green Ridge, announce the engagement of their daughter, Marsha R. Ficken, of Green Ridge, to Kyle D. Caldwell, of Lockwood. He is the son of Rocky and Jackie Caldwell, of Jerico Springs.
The future bride, a 1997 graduate of Green Ridge High School, received a bachelor of science degree in elementary education from Concordia University in Seward, Neb., in 2001. She works at Immanuel Lutheran School in Lockwood.
The future groom, a 1994 graduate of Walker High School, received an associate of applied science degree in agriculture from Fort Scott Community College in Fort Scott, Kan., in 1996. He received a bachelor of science degree in animal science from Southwest Missouri State University in Springfield in 1998. He is a cattle manager at Wayshire Farms in Lockwood.
An Aug. 9 wedding is planned at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Lockwood.
