Police should patrol school zone

I think the Sedalia Police Department needs to start patrolling the school zones before and after school. My son was almost hit recently (inside a school zone) when a driver who was in a hurry was speeding in a school zone. I live within a school zone and see people speeding through here all day long.

My children mean more to me than anything. The crossing guards can’t stop these people, and the police don’t want us to deal with it. So what do we do?
