Clay birth

Michelle and Derrick Clay, of Sedalia, became the parents of a son, Derrick Jr., born Dec. 11, 2011, at Bothwell Regional Health Center. He weighed 7 pounds, 6 ounces. The maternal grandparents are Rose Mathews, of Kansas City, and Kevin Fitzgearlds, of Sedalia. The paternal grandmother and stepgrandfather are Vonda and Kent Curd, of Sedalia. The paternal grandfather is Michael Fraizer, of Kansas City. The paternal great-grandmother is Almeda Clay, of Sedalia.
