Wissman-Franken engagement

Kirk and Pamela Wissman, of Sedalia, announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Wissman, of Sedalia, to Justin Franken, of Sedalia. He is the son of Mark and Beverly Franken, of Eureka.
The future bride, a 2003 graduate of Smith-Cotton High School, is attending State Fair Community College. She is a homemaker and caregiver.
The future groom, a 2002 graduate of Smithton High School, is a corrections officer at the Missouri Department of Corrections in Tipton.
A Sept. 6 wedding is planned at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Sedalia.
