Strauch-Sekelsky engagement

Marcia and William Robinson, of Leeton, announce the engagement of their daughter, Samantha Strauch, to Matthew Sekelsky. He is the son of Diana and Ronald Devine, of Grain Valley, and Michael and Stephanie Sekelsky, of Warrensburg.

The future bride, a 2002 graduate of Leeton High School, received a bachelor’s degree in music education from the University of Central Missouri in 2006. She is working toward a master’s degree in administration at William Woods University in Jefferson City. She plans to graduate this year. She is a music teacher for the Otterville School District.

The future groom, a 2002 graduate of Warrensburg High School, received a bachelor’s degree in computer science and mathematics from UCM in 2006. He is a systems engineer for Huber and Associates Inc. in Jefferson City.

A July 11 wedding is planned at Alpine Park and Gardens in Columbia.
