Freeman-Sumner engagement

Mr. and Mrs. Mark Freeman of St. Joseph are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Casey Jo Freeman to Jordan Spencer Sumner, son of Mr. and Mrs. Steve Sumner of Sedalia.

The future bride will graduate in December from Missouri Sate University with a bachelor’s degree in exercise and movement science. She has recently been accepted into the occupational therapy program at Rockhurst University in Kansas City.

The future groom received a master’s degree in accounting from Missouri State University and is currently a staff accountant for O’Reilly Automotive in Springfield.

A Dec. 19 wedding is planned for 4 p.m. at Maplewood Church in Sedalia. A reception will follow.
