11:26 p.m.: Edward G. Marshall, 36, of the 1800 block of South Barrett Avenue, in the 1500 block of South Harrison Avenue on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Incidents
Oct. 11
10 a.m.: A large, inflatable pumpkin valued at $40 was stolen from a yard in the 700 block of East 10th Street.
Officers took a report at Bothwell Regional Health Center from a woman who suspected she was raped at a party Saturday.
12:17 p.m.: Paint was splashed on a vehicle parked in the 2200 block of West First Street Terrace.

8:30 p.m.: Richard Forqueran, 39, of Sedalia, at the 4200 block of South Kentucky Avenue on a 24-hour investigative hold for charges of child abuse, child endangerment and domestic assault.

11 a.m.: A resident of the 26000 block of Green Road reported someone used his credit card to make online purchases without his permission.
11 p.m.: A Smithton woman reported her wallet was lost or stolen on the 6500 block of East 32nd Street early Sunday afternoon.
