6:54 p.m.: Anthony W. Wilson, 23, of Versailles, at West Fourth Street and South Park Avenue on a charge of careless and imprudent driving and a failure to appear warrant from Morgan County.

9:54 p.m.: Amber F. Howe, 21, of the 1900 block of West 10th Street, at 16th Street and South Ohio Avenue on a charge of driving with a revoked license.

11:36 a.m.: A debit card was used by a resident living in the 700 block of East 13th Street to purchase items over the Internet without permission.

May 21
1:55 a.m.: An apartment in the 800 block of West Second Street was burglarized and a 32-inch Sanyo flat screen television valued at $650, an X-box valued at $200, a modem and video games were stolen.

Arrests
May 20
12:10 p.m.: James R. Smith, 46, of the 3500 block of South Grand Avenue, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

5:10 p.m.: Stacey Smith, 34, of the 3500 block of South Grand Avenue, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

5:20 p.m.: Lola A. Schumaker, 50, of the 3500 block of South Grand Avenue, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

10:06 a.m.: A resident of the 2900 block of Robin Lane reported that her neighbor’s dog bit her. The case was forwarded to the Pettis County Health Center.

Arrests
May 21
12:27 a.m.: Melody L. Wood, 23, of Cole Camp, on a charge of driving while intoxicated.

2:43 a.m.: Christopher J. Hart, 21, of Sedalia, on charges of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway resulting in an accident.
