Cooper celebrates 96th birthday

Cecil Cooper, of Tipton, formerly of Otterville, celebrated her 96th birthday on Nov. 23 at Tipton Manor Nursing Home.
She was a longtime employee of John’s Cafe in Otterville. She was known for her noodles and pies.
