Ulmer anniversary

Mr. and Mrs. Russell E. Ulmer, of Sedalia, will celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary with a reception, held by their children and grandchildren, from 2 to 4 p.m. Nov. 22 at Wesley United Methodist Church.

Geneva Farley and Russell E. Ulmer were married Nov. 21, 1943, at the home of the bride’s mother in Green Ridge, by the Rev. Wesley Hampton.

Mr. and Mrs. Ulmer are both retired.

They have two children, Dale Ulmer, of Mobile, Ala., and Jill Bruns, of Kingwood, Texas; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Friends and relatives are invited to the celebration. The couple request no gifts.
