Veterans plan to thank local restaurants

Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2591, American Legion Posts 16 and 642 and 40 & 8, Voiture 333 have decided to thank Golden Corral and Applebee’s in Sedalia for providing free meals to veterans for Veterans Day.

Veterans will meet at noon Dec. 5 at Golden Corral and noon Dec. 6 at Applebee’s to eat lunch at the veteran’s expense and to present an award to each business. All veterans are invited to attend.
