Veterans Home receives honors

The Missouri Veterans Home in Warrensburg was named the 2008 National Association of Health Care Assistants (NAHCA) Facility of the Year at the annual NAHCA Convention in Kansas City recently.
The Veterans Home received the honor for clinical and service excellence. It was designated No. 1 in a field of more than 850 nursing homes nationwide.
