Windsor seeks participants for Septemberfest

Downtown Windsor will host its annual Septemberfest Aug. 28 to 31.
The festival will include a craft show, Kansas City Barbeque Society-sanctioned barbecue contest, talent show and parade. Participants are needed for all of these events.
