Toni J. Paxton, Windsor
Comments 0 | Recommend 0Toni J. Paxton, 57, of Windsor, died Tuesday evening, March 11, 2008, at her home in Windsor.
She was born March 13, 1951, in Windsor, a daughter of Thomas Lee and Barbara Nadine Howe Wilson. On Aug. 7, 1969, in Leeton, she was married to Larry Benton Paxton, who survives of the home.
She moved to Knob Noster, shortly after she married. She later moved to Leeton. In 1983, she moved to Windsor. She was a dental assistant in Windsor for more than 25 years. She had worked for Dr. William Marchbanks, Dr. Stan Yoder and most recently for Dr. Paul Griner. She loved cooking on Sundays for the family, playing golf, antique shopping and spending time with her grandchildren. She was a member of the Windsor Country Club.
Also surviving are a son, Matt Paxton, and his wife, Michelle, of Windsor; a daughter, Becky Fitzpatrick, of Windsor; her mother, Barbara Dowty, of Windsor; two brothers, Steve Sadler, of Windsor, and Tom Wilson, Owasso, Okla.; three sisters, Donna Fae Spickert and Marcia Ellis, both of Columbia, and Laurel Gay Ranallo, of McKinney, Texas; and four grandchildren, Rylee D. Fitzpatrick, Aleah Paxton, Cadyn Paxton and Braylin Paxton.
She was predeceased by her father.
Graveside services will be at 11:30 a.m. Friday at the Laurel Oak Cemetery in Windsor, with the Rev. Myra Torrance officiating. The family will receive friends from 9 to 11 a.m. Friday at Hadley Funeral Home in Windsor.
