Alcorn to celebrate 95th birthday

Minerva B. Alcorn, of Sedalia, will celebrate her 95th birthday with a reception, hosted by her children, from 2 to 4 p.m. July 8 in the fellowship hall of First Baptist Church in Sedalia.

She was born July 8, 1917, in Syracuse. She was married to Warren M. Alcorn, who died in 1980.
