Courtney and Cal Childers, of Lincoln, became the parents of a son, Cree Archer, born at 4:37 a.m. July 25 at Bothwell Regional Health Center. He weighed 7 pounds, 2 ounces. The maternal grandparents are Kelly Navyok, of Windsor, and Brian Hudson, of Sedalia. The maternal great-grandfather is Neil Painter, of Richmond, Va. The paternal grandmother is Carla Childers, of La Monte. The paternal great-grandparents are Clarence and Marilynn Guthrie, of La Monte.
