Jammie and Justin Curry, of Sedalia, became the parents of a daughter, Sophia Mariah, born Oct. 10, 2011, at Fitzgibbon Hospital in Marshall. She weighed 5 pounds, 15 ounces. The maternal grandmother is Pam Vanatti, of DeWitt. The maternal great-grandparents are Carl and Helen Davis, of DeWitt. The paternal grandparents are Jim and Jeanne Curry, of Sedalia. The paternal great-grandmother is Geneva Gottschalk, of Sedalia.
