The Benton County Extension Center is offering a home food preservation series entitled “It’s So Easy to Preserve.” The workshops will be from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. July 25 and Aug. 1 at the Benton County Extension Center, 1220 Commercial St. in Warsaw.
The July 25 workshop will feature instruction on freezing fruits and vegetables and water bath canning of salsas, jams and jellies.
The Aug. 1 workshop will feature instruction on food dehydration and pressure canning vegetables.
Registration is required and cost is $20 per single session or $35 to attend both sessions.
