Gary McMullin, W&M Welding, spent $2,000 on the grand champion pecan pie baked by Kaye Hunton during the annual Central Missouri Agriculture Club Pie Auction, held Saturday. More than 75 pies were autioned off raising $31,010 for the group to provide scholarships for children studying agriculture, fund 4-H Achievement Days, and allow third and fourth grade students from local schools to attend Cole Camp Ole Settlers Days.
