The Democrat Salutes Inter-State Studios
Inter-State Studios won the $5,000 grand prize in the raffle as part of the Project Graduation fundraiser last month, and turned around and donated the proceeds back to the graduation-night party effort ($2,000) and to Smith-Cotton High School ($3,000).
