Two Sedalia residents were arrested after Sedalia Police Department officers uncovered a drug-selling operation from a local hotel.
According to reports, around 9:30 p.m. Sunday an officer attempted to make a traffic stop on a vehicle driving in the 700 block of East Broadway Boulevard. The driver, identified as Jimmy B. Brown, 24, made a left turn from the outside lane, crossing all other lanes of traffic. The SPD officer activated his lights and sirens but Brown did not pull over; instead he refused to stop and drove outside the city limits.
