A Windsor man was injured in a vehicle accident at 3:15 p.m. Monday in Johnson County.
Lloyd H. Monsees, 57, of Shawnee Mission, Kan., was driving north on Missouri Highway 23 when he drove off the right side of the road, returned to the road, crossed the center line and hit a vehicle driven by Derek J. Phillips, 22, head on, causing both vehicles to drive off the left side of the road, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report.
