Church Women United of Sedalia will celebrate the World Day of Prayer at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Immanuel United Church of Christ, 418 W. Fourth St.
The Christian Women of France have prepared this year’s worship service. They are looking for ways to have a Christian response to struggles concerning immigration and to welcome strangers.
