A Sedalia man was seriously injured after being hit by a car at 6:15 a.m. Monday in Pettis County.
Richard H. Reynolds, 43, of Sedalia, was driving north on state Route U, three-tenths of a mile from Anderson School Road when he hit John R. Bakert, 22, who was in the roadway, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report.
