Healthy U cooking demo set for Saturday Democrat staff sedaliademocrat.com

Healthy U student Alicia Maggert and her nutrition coach, Leslie Hesse, a registered dietician with the Pettis County Health Center, will be conducting a cooking demonstration from 11 a.m. to noon Saturday at Woods Supermarket, 701 E. Broadway Blvd.

The team will be making shrimp fajitas. Recipe cards and samples will be available.
