A Colorado man was charged with driving while intoxicated after a vehicle accident at 12:44 a.m. Thursday in Morgan County.

Chad J. Bax, 21, of Lamar, Colo., was driving north on state Route W when he failed to negotiate a curve, drove off the right side of the road and overturned, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report.
