Three people were injured in a one-vehicle crash at 3:45 a.m. Sunday in Morgan County.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Michael G. Moore, 59, of Stover, was eastbound on state Highway 52 just west of Route AA when he ran off the right side of the road, overcorrected, returned to the road, slid off the left side of the road, struck a ditch and overturned.

Three passengers were injured. Sheryl A. Taylor, 62, of Stover, had serious injuries and was taken by Staff for Life to University Hospital. Heather E. Slaughter, 13, of Stover, had moderate injuries and was taken by ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital. And Bruce L. Moore, 25, of Vinton, Iowa, had minor injuries and was taken by ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital.

Heather Slaughter and Bruce Moore were not wearing seat belts, and the others were, according to the report.
