The University of Missouri Extension held its second annual dinner and auction on March 2 at Our Savior Lutheran Church. A total of $5,700 was raised and the money will be used for programming and buying equipment for the University of Missouri Extension.
Don Weaver cooked the meat, Tyson donated the hams and Bing’s provided the other food and supplies for the dinner. Bill Taylor was the auctioneer. Sheriff Kevin Bond was the emcee for the night. Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Smith bought three bags of dog food at the auction to donate to the Sedalia Animal Shelter.
