Veterans Association helps vet home
Members of the West Central Missouri Veterans Association delivered two checks totaling $2,391.91 to the Missouri Veterans Home in Warrensburg. Two hundred veterans reside there.
Half of the money will be used for occasional lunch trips award from the home for veterans who cannot afford the trip and the other half will be used for birthday, Halloween and Christmas parties.
