The Knob Noster High School Panther Pride Marching Band competed the University of Missouri’s annual Homecoming Parade on Oct. 27 in Columbia. The band earned third-place honors in the Gold Class, for the largest bands at the competition regardless of MSHSAA school classification. The band was under the street direction of sophomore drum majorette Jordan Eaves and junior drum majorette Aimee Binder. The homecoming parade marked the end of the band’s competitive season. The holiday concert is scheduled for 7 p.m. Dec. 3.
