A Sedalia man was Tasered on Tuesday morning after refusing to follow police orders.
According to reports, around 6:30 a.m. Sedalia Police Department officers responded to a report of an assault with a knife at a residence in the 300 block of Scott Joplin Court. The complainant told officers Willie B. Carter, 63, dragged her across the floor by her leg and threatened to stab her with a kitchen knife.
