Lions Club helps eye foundation

The Sedalia Lions Club presented the Missouri Lions Eye Research Foundation with a donation of $1,000. This money will assist with various projects dedicated to the preservation and restoration of sight.

The programs include free healthy vision screenings for glaucoma and age-related macular degeneration, free vision screening for Missouri children, free eye care assistance for indigent Missourians, eyeglass recycling, ocular research and the Heartland Lions Eye Banks.
