Dave Clippert, Sedalia-Pettis County EMA director, right, presents Lori Shuart with a plaque honoring her selection as the 2012 Sedalia-Pettis County EMA Volunteer of the Year. Clippert said Shuart "has consistently shown her dedication to the protection of Pettis County. Anytime we have a need Lori is the first to raise her hand day or night."
