A Clinton woman was arrested for driving while intoxicated after a vehicle accident at 5:08 p.m. Monday in Henry County.
Kelly Y. Plumlee, 49, was driving east on state Route 52 when she lost control of her vehicle, drove off the left side of the road, hit a drainage culvert and overturned several times, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report.
Plumlee, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken to Golden Valley Memorial Hospital in Clinton for her injuries. The report indicated she was also charged with careless and imprudent driving resulting in an accident and operating a vehicle without a valid license.
Information is taken from preliminary Missouri State Highway Patrol reports, which do not necessarily contain statements from all parties involved.
