A Montrose man was arrested for driving while intoxicated after a vehicle accident at 6 p.m. Wednesday in Henry County.
Ronald L. Rotert, 58, was driving south on state Route 52 when he drove off the right side of the road, hit a ditch and overturned, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report.
