A Windsor woman received minor injuries in a vehicle accident at 1:45 p.m. Tuesday in Henry County.
June E. Timmerman, 83, was driving south on Northeast County Road 101 when she drove off the left side of the road, overcorrected, drove off the right side of the road, overcorrected again, drove off the left side of the road and through a barbed wire fence before hitting an embankment, becoming airborne and driving through a second fence, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report.
Timmerman was taken to Golden Valley Memorial Hospital for her injuries. Reports indicate it is unknown if she was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
