40 & 8, Voiture 333, will present four flags to Pettis County commissioners at 9 a.m. Thursday at the Pettis County Courthouse.
The United States flag, Missouri flag, POW/MIA flag and the Voiture 333 flag will be on permanent display in the foyer of the courthouse. A brief plaque is attached that recognizes the contribution of Pettis County residents and the 40 & 8 for these flags and the ones along Ohio Avenue.
