A Stover man was charged with possession and distribution of marijuana after police said they saw plants growing on his property near Ivy Bend Road.
Golden S. Belcher, 34, was jailed in Morgan County on the class B felony of distributing and producing marijuana and class C felony of possession of marijuana.
