A Marshall man has been charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute after law enforcement officers found drugs in his home.
According to reports, investigators with the Missouri State Highway Patrol’s Division of Drug and Crime Control and deputies from the Pettis County Sheriff’s Office served a search warrant early Saturday morning at a residence in the 27000 block of state Route BB, in northeast Pettis County, where they found controlled substances and money.
