Entries needed for Veterans Day Parade
This year’s Veterans Day Parade will begin at 3:15 p.m. Nov. 11 at Seventh Street and Ohio Avenue and end at Main Street and Lamine Avenue.
The Smith-Cotton JROTC and 40 & 8 are seeking marching bands, floats and any other type of unit to participate. The theme is “Stars and Stripes Forever.” There will be a $100 prize for the best float.
