Missouri Department of Transportation maintenance facilities — one near Dadeville in Dade County and the other in Urich in Henry County — will be sold at auctions this month, MoDOT said.
At 10 a.m. Jan. 17, the vacant Dadeville Maintenance Facility located on Route 245 south of Dadeville will be sold at auction. At 1 p.m. Jan. 17, the vacant Urich Maintenance Facility located at 726 NW 1271 Outer Road near Urich will be sold at auction.
