Two St. Louis men were hurt in a one-vehicle crash on Friday in Cooper County.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Jonathan A. Julion, 20, was westbound on Interstate 70 at the 101.6 mile marker at 1:15 p.m. when one of his tires blew out and he lost control. The vehicle exited the left side of the roadway, struck a ditch and an edge marker sign and overturned several times.
