A St. Louis woman was injured in a vehicle accident at 9:54 p.m. Monday in Saline County.
Sarah M. Pancoast, 36, of Arnold, was driving west on Interstate 70 when she drove off the left side of the road, overcorrected, drove off the left side of the road again and hit the median cables, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report.
