The Democrat Salutes the Smith-Cotton JROTC program

Cadets from the Smith-Cotton JROTC program participated in bell ringing for the Salvation Army at several Sedalia businesses on Nov. 17. Cadets rang bells from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Upper-class cadet leaders facilitated the bell-ringing activity by delivering hot chocolate to cadets ringing the bells.
