Capt. Robert L. Powell, commanding officer of Troop A of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, announced the assignment of new troopers:
• Trooper Stephanie R. Schapp will be assigned to Zone 13, which patrols Pettis County. Schapp is a graduate of McCluer High School in Florissant and the University of Missouri-St. Louis, where she earned a bachelor of science degree in criminal justice.
