Midwest Computech gets Chamber award
Midwest Computech, of Columbia and Sedalia, was recently named a Blue Ribbon Small Business Award winner by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
The Chamber recognized the firm for its dedication to the principles of free enterprise and its contributions to restoring jobs and prosperity.
The awards program, sponsored by Sam’s Club, honors companies that demonstrate excellent business practices in several areas including strategy, employee development, community involvement, and customer service.
Midwest Computech provides outsourced IT services with customizable options that fit many business types and needs specializing in solutions for the education, financial, legal and health care fields.
This year’s winners were selected from a record number of nationwide applicants and will be honored at America’s Small Business Summit 2013, set for April 29 to May 1 in Washington, D.C. The company is also eligible for the Community Excellence Award, the winner of which will named later.
