Center for Human Services again receives accreditation
The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, or CARF, International has accredited the Center for Human Services for three years for its Administration and Governance, Employment Services, Community Living Program, Service Coordination and Early Care and Education Programs.
This is the eighth consecutive three-tear accreditation that has been awarded to the Center.
The accreditation is the highest level that can be awarded after a peer review and surveyors visit.
The Center for Human Services is a nonprofit organization with its main office in Sedalia. It has been providing services for people with disabilities since 1955 and serves children and adults in 31 counties in Central Missouri. All service counties are covered by the three-year award.
CARF is an independent, nonprofit accrediting body.
