Pettis County Commission seats go to Republicans

Pettis County Republicans will retain their lock on the Pettis County Commission after big wins on Tuesday for Western Commissioner-elect Jim Marcum and Eastern Commissioner-elect Brent Hampy.

In the Western District, Marcum captured 5,829 votes, or 64 percent of the vote to 3,211 votes, or 36 percent, for his Democratic challenger, Randy Dillon.
