Kris McDavitt, of Orrick, and Jeff McDavitt, of Independence, announce the engagement of their daughter, Allyssa Marie Evans, of Windsor, to Orry Patrick Harbit, of Windsor. He is the son of Deanna Harbit and Kent Harbit, both of Windsor.
The future bride, a 2008 graduate of Van Horn High School in Independence, is a sales associate at Dollar General in Windsor.
